SINGAPORE - Resale prices of Housing Board flats fell by 1.0 per cent in the first quarter of 2015, HDB said on Friday.
Resale transactions also fell 10.8 per cent from the previous quarter to 4,135 cases in Q1.
The number of applications approved for subletting increased slightly by 0.2 per cent, from 10,365 cases last quarter to 10,385 cases in Q1.
As at Mar 31 this year, the total number of HDB flats being sublet was 48,338 units, an increase of 0.5 per cent over the previous quarter.
Upcoming Sales Launches
In February, a total of 3,995 Build-To-Order (BTO) flats were launched. HDB plans to offer about 4,040 more new flats in Clementi, Punggol, Sembawang and Tampines in May. An additional 5,000 flats will also be offered in a concurrent Sale of Balance Flats exercise.
