Holla at Holland V - SRX

When you hear Holland, the wider public will think of the Netherlands; Liverpool fans will think of Virgil Van Dyk, but a true-blue Singaporean will think of Holland Village.

Ah yes Holland Village – the place to go whether you’re looking to chill at a bar, enjoy a hipster brunch meal or to even have some good ol’ hawker food from the Holland Drive Market and Food Centre. But besides just F&B, there’s also a wide range of other shop offerings, from gyms to supermarkets and even a luxury bag store!

Just to broaden your knowledge, here’s a little bit of history for you to digest. Did you know that Holland Village and its surrounding areas were originally plantation estate, where Chip Bee Estate was a woody terrain and Lorong Mambong housed farms?

So, can you imagine what’d it be like to stay close to Holland V? Well you don’t have to wonder any more with the upcoming One Holland Village Residences popping up right beside Holland V!

What’s unique about One Holland Village Residences is not like that of other condominiums but it’s a mixed-use development that compromises of three unique residential offerings, namely:

1)  Sereen, which consists of 248 one to three-bedroom units in a 34-storey tower

2) Leven, which consists of 21 two-bedroom units in a three-storey with roof terrace development

3) Quincy Private Residences, which consists of 27 three to four-unit luxury apartments on the top eight levels of a 28-storey block, where one can enjoy private lift access and concierge services (literally the high life). In addition to that, the first to 19th floor houses 225 serviced residences units

Besides just housing a diverse and wide-range of different housing units, you will also enjoy key condominium amenities such as a 50-mete lap pool, a rooftop tennis court (be sure not to hit that ball way too high as it’s likely you’ll never get it back), dining and function rooms and several barbeque pits.

Convenience is key for all of us and one huge factor will be that Holland Village MRT is just a short walk through Holland V. Expect One Holland Village Residences to be a huge hit with those looking to rent, especially expats that are coming to work in Singapore, seeing as Holland Village MRT is just two stops away from another big business district in one-north.

If Holland V is limited on options for you, head on out to the various shopping malls in the vicinity such as The Star Vista (though who knows what’s going to happen there) and Rochester Mall. As for supermarkets, you’ll have a Cold Storage, NTUC Fairprice and Giant close-by.

Have your pick of which schools to enrol your children in seeing as One Holland Village Residences is located close to the several top schools, which features schools such as Nanyang Primary, Anglo-Chinese School (Independent),

Anglo-Chinese Junior College, United World College SEA and National University of Singapore (just three MRT stations down).
